Sivak

Dr. Sivak is the Chief Medical Officer of the U.S.S. Stalwart.

Service Record

OS 2258.10: Sivak is born on the Vulcan colony of P’Jem in the city of Shi’Tren to Sovak, a botanist, and T’Lan, a geologist.

OS 2278.91: Sivak enters Starfleet Academy on the sciences track.

OS 2281.93: Cadet Sivak is assigned to the U.S.S. Marie Curie for his cadet cruise.

OS 2283.69: Ensign Sivak graduates Starfleet Academy in the top 1% of his class.

OS 2283.91: Ensign Sivak attends post-academy training at Harvard Medical School on Earth.

OS 2287.64: Dr. Sivak enters residency aboard the U.S.S. Indomitable (NCC-1703, Constitution class).

OS 2291.66: Dr. Sivak completes his residency, and is promoted to Lieutenant, junior grade. He continues his assignment aboard the Indomitable.

OS 2298.32: Dr. Sivak is promoted to Lieutenant.

OS 2308.12: Dr. Sivak is present during the Battle of Renavi, when the Indomitable and other ships came to the defense of the colony from an attack by the Tzenkethi.

OS 2308.17: Dr. Sivak is promoted to Lieutenant Commander and given a commendation for his service during the aforementioned battle.

OS 2310.43: Dr. Sivak transfers to the U.S.S. Challenger (NCC-2032, Excelsior class) for their five year deep space mission.

OS 2316.21: Upon his return, Dr. Sivak transfers to the U.S.S Ceres after being promoted to Commander. He becomes the Chief Medical Officer of the Ceres.

3456.42: Dr. Sivak leads the away team answering the distress call of the IKS ‘Iw ‘Ip. He is injured and placed on extended medical leave.

7555.16: Dr. Sivak completes his medical leave.

7584.90: Dr. Sivak is assigned as Chief Medical Officer to the U.S.S. Stalwart and the tIhoS pagh’lan Mission.
