Chief Medical Officer’s log.
We have arrived at tIhoS pagh’lan Station. The medical bay is functioning within expected parameters. I have identified 22 pre-existing conditions among the crew during the completion of the physical examinations required upon transfer to a new assignment.
Treatment for the pre-existing conditions, where possible, has been initiated.
