Dragaram Oratalan

Lt. Oratalan is the tactical officer aboard the U.S.S. Stalwart. He is one of the few Drakkarians in Starfleet.

Service Record

OS 2293.33: Dragaram Oratalan is born on Drakkari to Doriman and Tulka Oratalan.

OS 2311.67: Cadet Oratalan is accepted into Starfleet Academy on the operations track.

OS 2314.71: Oratalan is assigned to the U.S.S. Stonewall for his cadet cruise.

OS 2315.61: Ensign Oratalan matriculates from Starfleet Academy and is re-assigned to the Stonewall as a junior operations officer, a so-called “deck officer.”

OS 2318.22: Oratalan is promoted to Lieutenant (junior grade).

89.55: Oratalan is promoted to Lieutenant.

3089.09: Oratalan is given a temporary field promotion during an engagement with a previously unknown and hostile subject race of the First Federation known as the K’rath. He is given a commendation for his valour and quick thinking, and promoted to Lieutenant Commander.

3625.97: Lt.Cmdr. Oratalan is charged with dereliction of duty and conduct unbecoming after attempting to pin smuggled Romulan Ale on Chief Petty Officer Calvin Dragunov. Due to the Stonewall being far outside of Federation space at the time, an informal hearing (a “Captain’s Mast”) is performed, and Oratalan is reduced in rank to Lieutenant.

3946.63: Lt. Oratalan is transferred to the U.S.S. Searcher as Beta Shift tactical officer.

7749.25: Lt. Oratalan is given a reprimand due to a heated argument with a superior officer.

7946.63: Lt. Oratalan is transferred to the U.S.S. Stalwart as tactical officer.
