Heldizan Tak

Lt.(j.g.) Tak is a warp engine specialist aboard the U.S.S. Stalwart. He was briefly Acting Chief Engineer during the Stalwart’s refit at Starbase 30, much to his horror.

Service Record

OS 2307.21: Born on Trill to Kizaran and Ellaya Tolidizan.

2674.82: Cadet Tolidizan is accepted at Starfleet Academy in the medical track.

2387.16: Cadet Tolidizan takes a leave of absence from Starfleet Academy.

2428.25: Cadet Tolidizan registers a legal name change on Trill. His new surname is “Tak.”

2677.57: Cadet Tak returns to Starfleet Academy, having made up his course material remotely from Trill.

2814.55: Cadet Tak changes his track from medical to engineering.

2916.04: Cadet Tak is approved for another leave of absence.

3025.63: Cadet Tak returns to the Academy to continue his studies.

6680.31: Tak is assigned to Earth Spacedock for his cadet cruise.

7483.05: Ensign Tak matriculates from Starfleet Academy in the top 3% of his class, and is assigned to the U.S.S. Stalwart.

7803.59: Tak is promoted to Lieutenant (junior grade) for his outstanding work in aiding in the refitting of the Stalwart’s new warp core.
