Biography
Admiral Clarke was assigned to Starbase 30, the Federation’s most remote south-rimward installation, in 2320. He is in overall command of Starfleet activities in the region, with dozens of ships reporting to him. He reports directly to the Commander-in-Chief of Starfleet.
A highly decorated officer with a background in logistics, Admiral Clarke was formerly in command of the U.S.S. Manchester, an Excelsior-class vessel that served as a multi-purpose vessel in the south-rimward region. The Manchester was passed along to his former first officer, and still reports to Clarke at Starbase 30.
